How to Access and Download Purchased Data

After selecting properties, reviewing them, and completing your purchase, your data will become available for viewing and export. This guide walks you through what to expect after purchase and how to download your data.

After Completing a Purchase

Once your order is successfully placed:

  • A confirmation message will appear indicating that the purchase is complete.
  • You will see an option to “View Purchase Data.”

Click this option to access your purchased data.

Processing Time

In some cases, your data may not be immediately available.

  • You may see a notification stating that your order is being processed.
  • During this time, the data is being prepared and cannot yet be accessed.

If this message appears, wait until processing is complete before attempting to view your data.

Accessing Your Data

Once your data is ready:

  1. Navigate to the Orders tab in the Navigation menu.
  2. Here you can locate the order and select View Data.
  3. This will show you all the Purchased Properties adn you can select the desired properties you wish to export.
  4. Once selected, click Export Selected.
  5. Give your export a name that better suit your needs or organization preferences.
  6. Select Start Export.

Access & Rename Exported Data

  • For future reference, you can navigate to the Exports tab in the navigation menu to access the previously exported data.
  • Here you can also rename the exported data.
