II. Send a List to Vintory

Your Lists

1. The first step is to complete your property search using Market Explorer and click on "Create New Marketing List" once completed.
2. Once completed, this will take you to "Your Lists." 
   1. At any point, you may click on "Your Lists" in the top Navigation menu to view all lists.
3. The newest created list will appear at the top of your “Your lists”
4. All marketing efforts will use the most recent list unless specified otherwise.
5. Locate your most recent list and type in a List Name and Market Area.
6. From the purpose dropdown, select the type of campaigns needed for the created list.
7. Click on the blank space in the Notes column to add detailed information / request information that will be sent to our Vintory team.
   1. Please include detailed information if you are requesting any append data.

Send a List to Vintory

1. Once you have finalized your list, updated the purpose and the notes, you are now ready to send the list to our internal Vintory team.
2. Check the box to the left of the chosen list(s).
3. At the bottom of the screen, click on "Send List to Vintory"
4. Click on "Send" to complete your list request.
5. Your list will now be sent to our internal Vintory team for any additional processing / requested appending.
